New to Mortals? We want you to try us risk-free.

If you're not completely satisfied with your first Mortals product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works:

  • Order arrives → You have 14 days to try it
  • Not satisfied? Email us within the 14-day window
  • We process your refund quickly—typically within 24 hours

This guarantee applies to one product per customer to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to try Mortals.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please take pictures and contact us immediately at hello@trymortals.com.

We'll make it right for all affected items—no questions asked.

Timeline: Please report any damage or shipping issues within 3 days of delivery for fastest resolution.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@trymortals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Which product didn't meet your expectations
  • Brief reason (helps us improve, but not required for approval)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued


Satisfaction Guarantee Terms

  • Eligibility:

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
    • Our risk-free trial covers one product per customer to ensure everyone gets a chance to try Mortals 

    Order Details:

    • If your order contains multiple products, additional products are considered final sale
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Subscription Management

Cancel, Skip, or Modify Anytime:

  • Log into your account at trymortals.com to manage subscriptions
  • Or email hello@trymortals.com and we'll handle it for you
  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment
  • No commitments, no penalties—just flexibility

Subscription Refunds:

  • Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your very first subscription order that have been delivered
  • If your subscription order has not yet shipped, we can process a refund or cancellation
  • Once an order has been shipped and delivered, the standard 14-day guarantee period applies from the delivery date
  • Subsequent subscription shipments can be canceled anytime before processing, but are not eligible for refunds.
