Mortals Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

As a new company, we are working hard to ensure prompt order processing. However, please note that processing times may vary. While some orders may be fulfilled quickly, others may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances or operational factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we grow. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): Estimated 3-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (US): Estimated 2-4 business days after processing

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure the successful delivery of your order.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Mortals only ships to the United States and Canada. International orders outside of these regions are not supported at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for such delays but are committed to assisting you with any shipping inquiries.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you: If your package is successfully delivered to an incorrect address that you provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Our obligation is fulfilled once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you specified.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
  • Delivery confirmation: Once a carrier confirms delivery (via signature, photo, or GPS confirmation) to the address you provided, Mortals has fulfilled its shipping obligation.

We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered to incorrect addresses when the incorrect information was provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Mortals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at hello@trymortals.com, and we will do our best to assist.

9. Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@trymortals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
