I can be an absolute ogre occasionally (sad, but true). After a brief online search, I saw the Mortals and rolled my eyes... yes, I was skeptical. But I decided to take advantage of the intro offer, so there wouldn't be as much to lose if the product didn't work.
To my surprise, I noticed a major positive shift in my mood on the first day (took 3 pouches). I took a single pouch the second day to sustain the good vibes. It's been several weeks, and I'm still receiving compliments from friends and family about my mood (I must have been pretty bad before, lol).
Great product, but I'd suggest taking 3 pouches if you're an ogre like me and work your way down to one per day for maintenance. Good luck.

I suffer from severe anxiety and am on prescribed medication (on an as-needed basis only) that I try not to take unless necessary. I suffer from bad anxiety at times that lingers very heavy over my life. I tried things before that made my stomach feel uneasy. Mortals has been absolutely fantastic and doesn’t make me feel sick.
